Even if he usually has a team with him, it's a team of really good players that he still manages to kill in 1v1s. They don't /kill (from what I've seen), so I wouldn't really call it boosting.
He's been banned twice for boosting. Trust me.
Doesn't change the fact that he's a really good PvPer.
I've fought him and he's nothing extraordinary. I almost never run into him though because he always after easy wins on then 150+ servers

How are 150+ servers easier to win on? That's where the hackers go. Anyway, this is my opinion. You don't have to agree with me.
