It doesn't show top 50 PvP'ers, It shows the top 50 people with the most wins, wins don't always determine skill.

as u can clearly c, darkrai is hashtag 1 which means more wins = most skill

but, this becomes irrelevant for every other player varying from 1-49

conclusion? darkrai > huahwi > au

Seeing as in the new update all people that have been banned for hacking or permed players wont be on the leader boards anymore you should remove all of the permed players.

About this I have chosen to keep banned players as I feel they deserve at least some recognition if they're banned
