[Ping Map] What's your ping?

So I was thinking, and I got the idea to create a map with the average ping of every country/state/province, ect. This way, you can see whether you should be playing on EU, US, CA, or AU, and you can see if your internet is causing you to have a bad connection.
However, to do this, I need to record the ping of different areas.
