Kaizen - A Japanese word that means change for the better; continuously improving.
KAIZEN
We are Kaizen, a group of fellow Minecrafters who enjoy playing the survival games gamemode. We aim and strive to be the best survival games clan ever made. We can be casual players, as well as more on the serious side, and though we may not be the most strict, we all aim to try our best, to improve on our skills, and to become the best!
Division: US/CA mainly, but we may be spreading out to be more open internationally, such as EU, AUS, ASIA, etc..
Clan Ranks:
Leading Ranks
- Leader (Will be me, not changing).
- Officer [Selected by leader based off conduct, judgement, etc]
- YouTuber [Requirements will be discussed below]
- Squad Leader [Leader/Representative of a squad]
- Staff/Designers [Manages the group, designs stuff for the group]
Other Important Ranks (Exceptions can be made at times, based on KDA or general skill)
- Alpha - 100+ Wins
- Beta - 80+ Wins
- Delta - 60+ Wins
- Omega - 40+ Wins
- Theta - 20+ Wins
- Sigma - New Guy
The ranks above determines what squad you'll be in, depending on your stats, skill, conduct, leadership, and other virtues. But, the most important things are respect for everyone, and try your best (Also, have fun
).
Requirements for gaining the YouTuber rank: - 500+ Subscribers with a total of 30,000 views, or 10,000 views monthly. Once reaching this requirement, the group will decide whether or not you'll become a YouTube representative of the clan.
