Tsunami Map

I was thinking of a map about a destroyed city from a tsunami, the cornucopia wold be on a destroyed building, and you could go across the destroyed city. The ground level would be flooded below you, and there will be some buildings underwater too, any of you think this is a good idea? Please tell me what I could add/take away.

I don't like it honestly. Theres a lot of wrecked towns already and you throw that in with a breeze island amount of swimming and it sounds not fun.

It seems a lot of people are disliking this because of swimming, maybe I didn't explain it well enough. There won't be much swimming, because the town is in the AFTERMATH of a tsunami, not during it. There will be some pools of water but it will be under you, but as I said you would be on the top of and inside of buildings, and the corn is on top of one too. Some stuff will be underwater but that's only if you want to go to it. Hope this clears things up a bit!
