Hello , I made a dispute over a ban , followed all the steps , and a helper told me it would be unbanned , but I'm still banned.
What I can do?

If you haven't waited for at least 24hours, I definitely suggest waiting that time. If you have, email the helper who said that or any Sr. Staff member. Also, I suggest emailing the link to the ban dispute so they know the exact situation.

You should wait. If it's been more than a week, then you can poke a mod on ts. I've never been through this process so idk what to do, i'm sorry but I hope you get unbanned

If you posted a ban dispute, make sure you are patient and give it some time. Once you see that a Sr. Staff member has replied to your report, then you will know if you have been unbanned or not. You won't just get unbanned after submitting the report, you will receive feedback with the result. If after a week you don't receive any feedback, then feel free to poke a Sr. Staff member on TS, but 99% chance they will deal with your dispute.

Edit: Not sure what you mean by "helper." If it was a Sr. Staff member replying to your dispute that you were unbanned, and you were not unbanned then please get in contact with one either through DM or on TS. If it was not through a reply to your dispute than please wait patiently.
