I'd say South America, specifically Brazil or Argentina because there is a large community in Latin America who would love a close server to call there home! I would say that a good place for it to be would be Rio de Janeiro or in Buenos Aires. Thanks!

Okay so just some people understand: You have to think about were our servers are located now, it would not be smart to get a server in London and a different one in Paris because the two areas are fairly close. Or it would not be smart to get a server in DC and keep the CA servers. This is just because we have a limited amount of money and these areas are too close. I could see moving our EU servers to a more central part of Europe but that is my only comment for that. I am from southeast US and honestly I don't get a terrible connection to any server. However I feel as though moving the CA servers to an area like Colombus, Ohio or DC to make it more applicable to the Southeast US. Of course you would have to change the name because it's no longer really part of the CA. Thanks!!
