Yes, my beautiful people, I've decided to host an AMA. I do not like to talk about myself, but several people have recommended that I do one. So here we are! I figure that I'll keep up this thread until May 1st (I'll be going to Seattle and will be without internet for the following days), or until interest dies out; considering how boring I am, it will likely be the latter.

Normally, this is where people start asking their own off-the-cuff questions. But because a lot of people don't know much about me, I figured I'd share some bits of random information that people have asked me/learned about me. If anyone wants clarifications on any of these, go ahead and ask!

Bunch O' Facts and/or References

• Full Screenname: Colonel StaR. Yes, "Col" actually means Colonel.
• I've been managing online gaming communities for over 10 years now. I managed Garrysmod roleplay servers for 8 years when I was 12, retired afterwards for 1 year, and was called out of retirement by Chad in March of 2013. I've been here ever since.
• During my tenure here, I've successfully accomplished three tasks that the staff or administration deemed, "impossible". While I am not at liberty to divulge what they were, I believe they had a positive reaching influence in the network's well-being and reputation, especially for the future.
  
• I played a brief game of 2 Truths, 1 Lie with the mods during some downtime in December of 2014, but we were distracted before I could reveal the lie. Here were the statements I gave:
  • In my previous Gmod Roleplays, I once played a girl.
  • I have the Colonel part of my name in honor of my late grandfather, who was a colonel in the US Army.
  • I have almost died twice in my life.
• Twilight Sparkle is Best Pony.
  
• It is true that a My Little Pony fanfiction made me cry. I have no shame in that. You can read about it HERE.
• My current collection of Steam games is 348 games. I chalk this up to wise use of money and enough discipline to wait for Steam Sales.
• Last April Fool's Day, the Sr. Staff and Admins were joking around. In the spirit of the day, I jokingly resigned via TeamSpeak, even holding a "Resignation Party" in my office. Chad called me only 7 minutes later, saying that he had people calling him personally to complain that I was no longer an Admin. I have not played another prank since.
  
• One of my proudest accomplishment working here has been being asked to write college letters of recommendation for Sr. Mods. They work so hard around here, often at the Administration's request; I was honored to help them in real life by offering my testimony for their hard work.
• Another one of my proudest accomplishments? The Hacker Recidivism Study. Combining real life research, applied statistics, and the ability to make important changes based on that information was incredibly satisfying for me. That's what I'd like to do for a career.
• There is a thread called, "Count to 1000 before Col_StaR posts". Please help it reach its goal HERE.
• Favorite post to make? Probably this one.
  
• In May, I will be receiving my Associates Degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.
• In September, I will be transferring to UC Santa Cruz to continue by undergraduate work.
  
• I volunteer at my old high school as a tech support consultant and adult supervisor for the school's Computer Science Club. I keep computers running, help teachers with the tech they need, and teach students C++ after school.
• The Lie in the 2 Truths, 1 Lie was the middle one. My late grandfather was never in the military, but my mother was, and I thought Colonel was a nice-sounding addition to StaR.

Oh wow. Upon writing all of that, I realized that I actually have shared quite a bit of information with you guys. Well, there's still plenty more where that came from.

This gesture is one of the things I really admire about the MCGamer Administration.

As for my question, I would love your insight regarding positive improvements relating to MCGamer. If you were to implement one change to the MCGamer Network with no time, money, or developing related restrictions, what would it be?

As for the 3 things that the administration and staff deemed "impossible" that you accomplished, although I have no idea what these things were, I am not surprised one bit. You never cease to amaze me Colonel!

One of the best transformations that I've seen happen to MCGamer was the implementation of a perm ban for hacking. I'm so happy you actually took the time to do the research, pitch the idea, and finally carry out the change. All of that happened during my trial and it was so exciting to help out and contribute to such a huge improvement.

As for my question... oh gosh... pressure is on.... hmmmm...

If you had to describe your life in 20 words or less what would you say?
