MCGamer took a large step with UHC Worlds. I believe that it was a progressive step forwards in the right direction.

The main userbase on this Network is focused on PvP, with a dash of resource-gathering and strategy through chest routes and decision-making. Adding a survival element with UHC is something that has a lot of appeal to PvPers, and the idea of allowing different types of worlds to be played is unique and appeals to the survival-lovers who enjoy a tiny bit of competition here and there.

The question is, what should be added next?

I still think that they should add the Survival server back. The decision to have it as Factions was, at first, a good idea. However, it later back-fired and ended up creating an environment that was overly competitive, leading to unnecessary drama that risked the safety of the players.

I've always been a fan of Towny - it's a more peaceful version of Factions, less focused on Raiding and more on positive aspects of Minecraft servers like Economy, Building, and enjoying the game with friends. It's more forgiving for younger players, but still provides a way for more competitive players to distinguish themselves through skill, dedication, and town-management.

Not only does Towny provide an overall more friendly alternative to Factions, but there is a Nation system, which allows for alliances and rivalries. During designated periods of time, which could be every second week or so, Nations are able to go to War, allowing Towns to clash against one another. Towns and Nations have the option to remain Neutral, at a small fee that is customizable by the Administrators.

With the developing power that MCGamer has, I'm sure the plugin could be customized and altered (or recreated from scratch) in order to suit the Network quite well, as long as Forairan doesn't twiddle his thumbs and Bill forgets that he's not allowed to be a potato when he's on-the-job.

Towny has often been combined with plugins such as MCMMO and various Shop/Economy plugins in order to maximize the player experience. With a bit of originality as well as MCG's strong staff team, I'm sure it could become something fantastic.

If we put 1v1, FFA - same as battlegrounds, its the sam thing as badlion... I just think some of the big youtubers have to start recording / streaming some minigames and we'll get players more interested about gamemodes.
well,i never see someone record those minigames.. its kinda not popular.. and from my opinion, people come to mcgamer because the survival games.

I would like some sort of "Draw My Thing" minigame implemented. Those are so much fun :3
Also, survival/factions/towny sounds like a nice addition

It might be a good idea. because almost all the McGamer games are competitive, and we need a "fun" game not a competitive game..

Antster360 isn't here anymore. That's a huge contributing factor.
