If you read my post properly, I actually called Asia a "Continent" because that is what it is, http://gyazo.com/e23df430f60a492fe946f8b8f574bc2d. And also, After Minecon 2015 ticket sales Mojang released a map that showed the statistics of where most Minecon tickets were bought, Ill post that here later, I would post it now buy Lydia Winters posted it on Twitter and Twitter is blocked in my school.

Nice edit bro, good thing I quoted you so that your original message is still there. Also, I'm really intrigued by the map you're talking about.

To sum it up, in my opinion, Asian servers will most to never get added back due to the reasons it closed down for. Several players like you and others want it, but that is not enough to support a region.

To support one, you need a few thousand dollars to start it up. These would come from donations. It is merely impossible and it would have great impacts if we started it up.

Considerable numbers of other staff members would disagree. However, It's clear I'm fighting a losing battle. So I'll stop here.
Thanks for listening

AS was removed for a reason. Even doing the busy times they would maybe get 100 people playing at the most at a time.

So many people seem to be for bringing back AS, yet most of the supporters are people who wouldn't play AS at all anyways and never did in the past.

How are you guys so sure that no one will join AS MCSG now? A lot of people in Asia that are playing mcsg are having a hard time playing US because we're getting 500 ping. So now you're gonna add South America. It's still america! you can get like 100 ping! YourAverageTiger last time we debated about the map we said. you said south america is 2550+ miles from you. Then I posted a picture how far Asia is from North America. Like dude. Are you serious? We're having a bad time with this bad ping. A lot of Japanese are in MCSG now and you still think there are no enough people will join? I was asking many times "How are you sure the only few people will join?". My friends, most of them are Asian I have this friend he's really good and sometimes he is getting mad because our ping sucks like a poop. You can't really know the struggle. If you were in my place you'd really know what you feel being a guy that lives in Asia standing at a front of a screen lagging out. It's really annoying. Look american youtubers. Just because they get 130 ping they say it sucks. We always get 200 ping and we're contented. But it sucks having a bad ping because you can't play properly. I hope Chad is reading this.

I won't go into too much detail, but reviving AS servers would take a lot of work and money. There'd be a lot more languages that would need to be learned by a staff member -- or hire staff members that know the language -- to be able to understand when users are breaking rules in chat. The money is also a huge detail to take into consideration. MCGamer's servers are not cheap to host; I don't know much about hosting, so I won't embarrass myself with details -- let's just leave it at the fact that it ain't cheap.

Also, there isn't much of a demand for AS servers. While it is true that people do want the Asian servers to come back, it really isn't enough people to achieve their goal of reviving the AS servers. Sorry, but that's about as simple as it gets.

I'd like to see them return, but being logical, they more than likely won't.

Are you thinking that Asians can't speak English? And yes it would take a lot of money and time. Why does making South American server wouldn't take a lot of money and time? Asians are trust-able. I know a lot of Asians that can be Mod. There are a lot of Asians out there playing mcsg that you could hire as Mod. Making South America server would cause a lot of money too.

First, I'm not saying Asians can't speak English, but when you have a lot of the same region playing on a server, they are going to speak a common language that they understand the most. It'd be a lot like the language on the EU network: a lot of people speak English but there are a lot of people that don't speak it. Also, I did state that we could hire Asian mods to help out with problems that need to be discussed in some sort of Asian-variant language. The only real problem is that the demand isn't high enough to reopen the AS servers, at least as of now.

I speak fluent mandarin so I see where you are coming from. However, I'd be able to play!
