Chat Raging Fix!!!!!

This makes it so that the only things you can type are commands, so you can't rage in chat.
Although I don't know how to call out a hacker without chat lol

You don't need to call out hackers, that just causes flame. Report them instead, it's more effective and lets everything run more smoothly
