Couldn't agree more, it is definitely beneficial in the skills you take away from the experience as well as the relationships that you create.

During my time as Senior Staff, I believe that the general dealings by Senior Moderators of the time was superb. The productivity of the staff was excellent and there was truly outstanding work from all the Senior Staff, as well as an extreme sense of a communal spirit amongst us. I would make a bias comment, being that I worked with the best Senior Staff team that has ever been present, but that would be extremely opinionated with little to no facts of the current staff, and the moderate knowledge I have of the past. Though, as I said, I could not compare it to the current Senior Staff, which I know what was not asked in the question, but in my interpretation of it, it seemed asked.
