That is a hard question. Post workout steak, for added protein, off days lasagna.

Do you work out? If so whats your routine ?

So it has been a bit scrambled lately, but typically I start off the week with Monday as back and biceps, tuesday chest and triceps, wednesday legs, thursday shoudlers and abs, Friday chest, weekend off. I post workout with dymatize iso100, two and a half scoops. Also before I do my lifting workouts, I always throw in around an hour jump roping, since it is a very underrated cardio workout for burning belly fat and also is very good for your calves.

Every morning I do 200 Sit-ups and 50 Push ups, then at lunch times at school I go down to the gym and do 15 reps of 40KG. When I get home from school I play Minecraft for 3 hours, then do 30 Lengths in the swimming pool. Then I play another hour of Minecraft. Then I do my homework, then I do 300 Push ups and 100 Sit ups. :).
