Occasionally and consistent are mutually exclusive
Occasionally is to sometimes occur while consistently refers to occurring all of the time.

They both cohere with each other perfectly.

For example (let's cull occasionally vs consistently)
-John brings 2 apples to the store every day (but sometimes he does not because he is not erudite).
-Is John consistently sometimes bringing apples?
Yes.

There is a continuous pattern of him sometimes bringing apples, therefore (because occasionally is akin to sometimes), it is axiomatically coherent.

The same goes for the vice versa; consistently vs occasionally.
John continuously sometimes brings apples.
John consistently occasionally brings apples.

Also in the context that I present them in, it should be inferred that sometimes I get killed consistentlly.
