Friends Ban dispute Question

My friend does not have an account so this question is for him:

Let's say he was banned and he admit that he hacked, however he was very sincere, formal, and really sorry for what he did and he apologized to everyone Mods, Sr.mods, owner, and devs; he has been banned for over a month. Will my friends have a chance to get unbanned.

Well, its hard to say considering I've seen people that have admitted to hacks when they don't even have it (jokingly) and they get perm banned and make huge threads about how sorry they are and how they should be unbanned, yet they still broke the rules and MCGamer does not tolerate that unfortunately.

Admitting to hacks is against MCGamer rules, and if your friend would like to try to get unbanned, he/she can dispute the ban at http://www.mcgamer.net/forums/Disputes/ (just an apology will not suffice), and be sure to follow the template found here: http://www.mcgamer.net/threads/ban-dispute-templates.6587/. Please be patient with the dispute, it may take a few days for a moderator to check it out. Asking for a moderator to check it out on his or her wall will only hurt your chances of getting unbanned.

If he believes he was banned unfairly he can file a dispute using the correct template and in the correct section. Both can be found in my signature. I wish you and him/she the best of luck!
