I've only read the Slenderman one and Ben Drowned. I've never been much for scaring myself on purpose, but it's slowly becoming more appealing. However, before bed? I won't go that far.

This reminded me of something else. This is a Greek creepy pasta (actually some people believe it's a true story) that I decided to translate


There was once a 10 years old girl that her parents had to leave her for a night alone at the house, because of a meeting they had. They knew she would be scared, so they bought her a trained pit bull. After a lot of crying, the little kid accepted to stay home. Before her parents left for the meeting, they told her that every time she's scared, she would put her hand under her bed and the dog would lick her hand so she would forget it.
Late that night, creepy noises came from the bathroom that was across her bedroom. She was scared, so she put her hand under her bed and the dog licked her hand and she relaxed, forgetting about it. Later that night though, the noises got louder and more frequent and the girl got more frightened. Of course, she put her hand under her bed and let the dog lick her hand, once again. But that didn't calm her for long, as the creepy noises started again, louder than ever. The little girl frightened, went to the toilet to see what happened and then . . .

The next day when her parents came back, they saw something horrible that will haunt their life for ever. In the toilet there was their daughter and the dog, with their stomach opened and hanged by their own organs. Also with the blood of them, in the mirror there was written "NOT ONLY THE DOG LICKS"

Pretty crappy translation, but I think you got the point.

Greek:
Ήταν κάποτε ένα κοριτσάκι 10 χρονών που οι γονείς της εξαιτίας ενός Meeting έπρεπε να την αφήσουν για ένα βράδυ μόνη της στο σπίτι. Για να μην φοβάται το κοριτσάκι το βράδυ της αγόρασαν ένα εκπαιδευμένο pit bull. Μετά από πολλά κλάματα η μικρή δέχεται να μείνει στο σπίτι. Πριν φύγουν οι γονείς της της είπαν ότι όταν φοβάται αυτή απλός θα βάζει το χέρι της κάτω από το κρεβάτι και ο σκύλος θα της το γλύφει ώστε αυτή να ξεχνιέται. Αργά το βράδυ όμως κάποιοι παράξενοι ήχοι από την τουαλέτα τρόμαξαν την μικρή που κουκουλώθηκε και έβαλε το χέρι της κάτω από το κρεβάτι. Το σκυλί της το έγλυψε και έτσι αυτή χαλάρωσε. Αργότερα όμως οι ήχοι ξανακούστηκαν και το κοριτσάκι άρχισε να τρομάζει περισσότερο. Ξαναέβαλε το χέρι της στο στόμα του σκυλιού και χαλάρωσε μόνο για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα αφού ο ήχος άρχισε να γίνεται πιο δυνατός από ποτέ. Το κοριτσάκι τρομαγμένο πήγε ως την τουαλέτα για να δει τι συνέβαινε και τότε. . . .

Την επόμενη μέρα οι γονείς αντίκρισαν ένα φρικτό θέαμα! Μέσα στην τουαλέτα η κόρη και ο σκύλος τους ήταν ξεκοιλιασμένη και κρεμασμένη γεμάτοι αίματα. Δίπλα τους γραμμένο με το αίμα του σκυλιού τα εξής λόγια ''ΔΕΝ ΓΛΥΦΟΥΝ ΜΟΝΟ ΤΑ ΣΚΥΛΙΑ''

They don't creep me out, they're more just interesting to read to the twists and stuff. I feel I could write 'em and see what people think; I'm pretty creative. Maybe I will >: D

I definitely enjoy the Russian Sleep experiment.

However, another creepy story that intrigues me is the Greek soldier.
What the Greek soldier is about is a man who was in the army, and got killed during a civil war. Eventually, people have been getting sights of a man in an army uniform. But here's what's weirder... Mysterious pregnancies occurred. Eventually, somehow, with communication with the ghost he claimed that he wanted to spread his seed so his sons can avenge his death.

This is how I remember the story, although it's vague and inaccurate, with a little research (If you're curious), you'll find it to be more interesting than I have described it!
