Record SG 1-3 times a week and do daily uploads. For the other 4 days, play small servers. Not only will this be new, it will draw more players to that server. Instead of saying "Hey what's up guys my name is (insert) and welcome back." say something memorable like yelling into a mic. "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYY RABBITS ITS YA GOOSE (INSERT).

Polish your speaking skills, good commentators usually become successful.

  • Be energetic and fascinating ~ Spice up your commentary, like Chris Smoove
  • Have confidence when you're recording.
  • Many people can't stress this enough: ORIGINALITY. Start a series no one has ever seen!
  • Be yourself.

My tip is to be original and upload content that you know people would love! Also, join Minecraft YT communities on Twitter, forums, etc. To get yourself up there! Get to know the people and I'm telling you, 80% of the people would give a visit to your channel and perhaps subscribe if they like your content! Give off a good first impression to people, that's really important :) I've had a YT channel with 470+ sub's before I quit. That number for me is quite amazing. Currently in progress of making a new channel to start from 0! :D

Don't act in front of the camera just be yourself and have fun, the only thing that might need adjusting is your commentary, keep the crowd awake, make them feel involved with your video's. Perhaps once in a while you can give a notification of a time slot to play with your fans. Just be yourself and include your fans in some of your activity
