Teams In Death-Match

As a solo player encountering a team in Death-match quite often means game over. This is extremely frustrating when you have just been playing the game for around 20 minutes. I think this is caused by having 3 player death-matches, meaning it is easy for one person to get teamed up on or singled out.

My suggestion is that we extend the number of people in death-match to 4, to counter teaming up on a single person, meaning if you encounter a team you can team up with the other player so it is a fairer 2v2 fight as opposed to a 2v1.

Then there would be the problem of 3v1s.

And at a certain point you have to stop adding because what the deathmatch is supposed to be is the few remaining players hanging on to the bitter end.

Yea there would 100% be more 3v1s and probably make there be more teams in the game.

This is a good idea, as long as the deathmatch maps are a bit bigger (Room for running, eating, etc).

I see your point, a 3v1 would be terrible, however I think for the majority of the time teams are only 2 players.

I think adding a 4 person death match would be a good idea. Although there could be teams of 3's, you would have a better chance of getting a 2 team + 2 solo's.

Nice idea. Also, I think they should add unique deathmatch arena for every map. Bigger arena but without lightnings and game ends after 4 mins of dm. It'll be much easier against teams.

Honestly, I think that this will just cause more teaming on Death match. Because you know most teamers are people playing with their mates and they would more likely invite more friends to play with knowing that the death match can be played with more people. That's just my perspective. But +1 for the suggestion!

Teams would completely dominate it, so SoloSG resolved this by having a 1v1 in deathmatch.
