Hey,

So I recently bought the Logitech G502 gaming mouse, and I wanted to change the button functions. I go to the Logitech website, go to the G502 and download the Logitech Gaming Software that lets you customize functions on the Logitech gaming mouse. Once I downloaded and opened the file I had downloaded, it said this;

"This software is not compatable with your operating system. Go to Logitech Support to download a compatable version."

But that it the exact thing I did ;-;

Any ideas on how to fix this or get a good compatable version?

Hey there! A reason why your software might not work is because you've downloaded the wrong operating system. There are 2 options:
1. 32-bit operating system
2. 64-bit operating system

To determine your operating system just follow this simple tutorial:

Windows — Click Start > Run, or in the "Search" box, type winver.exe and press Enter.

After you discovered what operating system you are running, please download the software here with the right operating system: http://support.logitech.com/software/gaming-software

If you have any other questions feel free to PM me!

Check if you downloaded the right one, 32 bit or 64 bit.
To check if you did (if you are on Windows) open the Start button/Orb and right click "Computer" and then click Properties. In the section "System" there should be something called "System type" and then tell you if it is 32 or 64 bit.

When I made a thread like this a while ago in General Support it got locked because it did not fit the forum's purpose wtf -.-

Shouldn't this be in the computer and tech section?
Oh. That's a thing now, wow mind blank. This is why I shouldn't moderate things right after I wake up xD

Moved to the actual correct section this time!
