US Clan Leaderboards

Clans that participated in Clan Wars will be added based upon their position in that tournament. All other clans will be added according to the order in which they applied.

Also, there is a potential merge in the works between the US Clan Leaderboards and Project Revive (run by Josh), which, if it goes through, could result in cash prizes for the clans at the top of the leaderboards after a certain amount of time.

Sorry this update didn't go up yesterday as promised. I'm sick and it's hard for me to focus :C
