By the way if diamond armor is now very rare (not sure how rare it is) you should decrease the spawn rate of iron since iron can be found very easily. And then everyone has the best armor you can get.
Pff, sad that because of some morons who team up in giant clans and get all armor I won't be getting any anymore either.
Why not just let other chests spawn more arrows instead? (as mentioned somewhere earlier) So that attackers have an advantage over spawn campers who only have melee diamond stuff.
Yeah, actually I just realized the bug is the "... has won" spam gives the points every time it is said. So the scores aren't really saying much about how good someone is :\
Honestly I can't wait for the way this works to be fixed -- to work in a more friendly way.

I must disagree on that. Even when its working against me I find it good that the center spawns better gear than the other ones. Besides it doesn't do it often at all, usually it only happens 2 times per match (1 time at begin and 1 additional time).
It is also a great punishment for campers...
Diamond armor is not a problem at all. There should be items in the middle that are worth fighting for, it gives people a reason to be in the middle. But outside chests should also have (different than middle) advantages such as extra arrows. To give solo people the chance to beat teams.

This system is bugged a bit. I was in the server literally for one and a half hour. And I got kicked because I was the latest spectator. But I was certainly not the last one to join the server, could you fix this please?

You could also have a donor only server that will kick players when donors join. And then only apply that to the donor servers. They will likely be used often enough when the other servers are full so the 'lonely donors' problem won't be there.

That would work if there are a lot of donators, I think they'll have to see how many there are first.
I wouldn't even mention it if that was the only solution.
But what exactly is wrong with queue plugins? Those should be useful for everyone to stand in a queue instead of spamming refresh all the time, also I saw some that could prioritize certain players (who donated etc.)
Isn't kicking a bit... harsh? Can't there be a queue system with donor priority (those plugins exist) or reserved slots?

Since large teams can easily hold the spawn, I think a solution could be for example having more arrows spawn in far away area chests. Then the attackers have more chances against the guys in the middle.
(Just so you know, I think its good that only middle spawns diamond armor, keep it that way...
I'm pretty sure this is a bug.
Even though I murdered about 35% of everyone on the server and won 2 rounds in a row. Was just lucky there I know, and I doubt winning really gives so much points since everyone else has normal points.
