I personally think that more Nooby is necessary, more then more cowbell is needed. Joking aside, i think the community is going on great. My only thing to change/suggest would be doing some official tournaments and big community events. Your livestream is great but i think a couple other things...

Unfortunately, teams on most PVP servers cant be stopped unless they are under constant watch. Since we cant do this and teaming has become a major part of the game it would be foolish to even try. Most teams can be split apart and then killed relatively easily. You just have to use tactics...

People do check /lists and have friends who check it for them. This would be good, how they could do it? Scrambled random names maybe?

Use www.toomanyservers.com to see which servers are being restarted/close to being done and join when they come back up. Even on accounts i don't have donor on i can still get in relatively easily.

The system we changed to is a lot better. While you cant choose your favorite map all the time it adds some variety to what your about to play. There isn't as many people winning just becuase of a good chest route any more and it helps speed some games up with smaller maps and slow things down...

This probably wont be implemented at all to be honest. The demand for Hack/Mine isn't as great as the other servers. Im sure if enough people wanted it it would eventually be added though.

I dont think your getting the point, we cannot fix a lot of the issues so we have made work arounds. Things like the /joingame command that was there for a little bit was one of the workarounds, we get rid of them as soon as we know there is a better way. Downgrading the servers would not change...
