That means the server was 24/24 players. AKA. the server was full.

Yes, I believe daylight sensors will work in a SG map. Considering if it's connected to a command block. I do not think command blocks are enabled. Simple because a user could sneak a command block in, and use it to OP themself. Just a thought.
