There is no timer for not loosing points once you've been hit and the person who hit you is still on the server then you loose the points. This is because it would take to much server resource to keep a counter for each player in each server which would create way to much lag then its worth

Any sort of block glitching is not allowed. In short just don't block glitch:)

But if there nooby then you wont be paying enough attention to them to realize that they are nooby

Leaving the lobby by block glitching is a one way ticket to getting kicked from the server especially if the goal is to get a weapon.

Nope. Bountys only work during that match. If you die or you join a game(Basically only as a specator) you can set bounty's. During that game if someone kills them they get the points and you loose the points you bountied. If no one kills them no one gets the points and you dont loose the points

The bounty you set is only for that match due to the fact that the server restarts after every deathmatch

It is very possible, in fact if that is your only weapon then you must try it. Usually it works if you get someone to chase you, you quicly turn around set somefire and then immediatly start punching. With some luck you might be able to punch them back into the fire. Be weary though, there is...
