Well I never thought I would be making this thread. As of January 24th, 2015, I will be resigning from my moderator position at MCGamer. There are a few reasons why I am doing this and I will explain them further into this thread. But first I want to talk about some of the things I have done...

Adding to what Col said, properly filing an abuse report makes it much more convenient for the moderators. It is easier to complete, and it generally gets the job done faster. Great thread, and I hope this helps out :)
