I totally support revisiting and refining the maps that are already out - great move. I can't think of anything off the top of my head, except for new passcodes for any locks, and generally moving small bits around to catch experienced players off guard.

40 minutes is what it was originally.
I think it's a fair compromise. They left the deathmatch trigger at 6 tributes or something. That allows the game to pace pretty naturally. Also, 40 minutes was the original length for a match of 24, so it's not a dramatic rise at all.
