Unless you have the worlds worst internet, it really shouldn't be a problem. What I do sometimes when i'm laggy as hell is connect to my iphones optus carrier. But beware, because you do need to pay lots if you go other the limit.

It would be nice not asking but instead just being patient and waiting for a staff to pend it. It's most likely you being impatient and not letting staff pend the appeals. It's better asking the staff team and taking time not rushing through it.
