(1.7.2) Blocks start to fade out around 8 blocks away?!?!

If anyone knows why my blocks are blurry or faded out please answer me. This is only with 1.7.2 and up, I am not sure if you can tell by these pictures. Also my super secret settings are on default.

Yes, I know what you mean. Turn "Mipmapping" Off. It should fix it!

^ It's a graphics option introduced in 1.7 so that's why you are getting it.
To disable it, just go into Video Settings > Mipmap Levels
or Video Settings > Quality > Mipmap Levels if you are using Optifine
