Allow Chest Finder in MCSG MAP MAKER

There is no harm or advantage in using chest finder in mcsg maker to find chest routes on the old and new maps. Mcsg map maker is unranked therefore it doesn't count towards anything. So allowing it would allow players to find routes easier than downloading the map themselves and those maps that do not have a download link to them!
