You got a great budget, if you want a gaming PC look at Amazon and newegg, they will give you the best options. Look at brands like Cyberpower and ibuypower, those are your more reliable brands. Do not get a laptop, it is very hard to upgrade and everyone will upgrade their PC at some time. Stay away from Alienware too. Hope this helped
