Ever Server is Full!!!

I know i'm probably not the only one but a few weeks ago some server couldn't start because of lack of players but now, Every server is near bursting point all the time!

I wonder if there is a way to get more servers and if money is a constraint some how including advertising into the games because there are like over 1000 players looking at probably the eu servers alone, surely there is money to be made that can go towards funding more servers?

Too be honest, i wish there were fewer servers. the extra servers may meet the demand but so many extra people play that in an hour, close to 40 people go up in the leader board making it hard to stay a cut above.
