If a spectator was in lava, he'd appear to be on fire. Then they can fly and show (or trick) people coming together. This could at least give a signal for tributes to come together faster, maybe a donator can only appear. Maybe a person from the same region (Aka 1-12) can help their partner while they're dead?

I don't know about the same district bit with the coding. It sounds like it would be pretty difficult.

It was only an assumption, I doubt it would be possible, since you revert to SPEC when you die, and don't keep your region number. You would have to revamp the ENTIRE system for that.

And wouldn't this be unfair?
Because if your district mate left the game you don't have any help.
So its better if noone has help.
Instead of these noobs using skype n stuff to talk to eachother ><

People tend to leave the game after they are dead. This make it a bit unfair. And on top of that i would think that the coding for this would be very difficult and bugged, sadly
