"Flying is not enabled on this server"

Hi,
I just get kicked-out because of this.
In pre-game, I just press (L-Ctrl) the sprint key. and W, and in 30% of the cases I get kicked with this message.
"Flying is not enabled on this server"
I don't know what to do, but this is really pissing me off.
I'm playing on 1.8.

This is an issue when you do that very thing, since you're glitching forward, the nocheat sometimes thinks you're trying to fly. As long as you don't do that, you'll be fine.

Just do it when you have 5 seconds left so it doesn't kick you. You don't need to do it the entire 30 seconds.

It seems like it's map-specific, as I've never had that issue.
Does this happen on a particular map that may trick the plugin into thinking that you're flying?

I remember it happend on Zone 85, Valleyside and AlaskanVillage
