Fps + Lag spikes.

I kinda need help with lag spikes. I get about 300fps with good settings, but I get random lag spikes when I first load up minecraft and if I turn my setting down, it just lag spikes the same. Please help.

That happens to me a lot, what I did to fix it was
1. Download Razer Cortex
2. Change texture pack (might be back)
3. do not use 1.8.3 its so laggy

I'm assuming you have a 64 bit computer, since you run at over 300 fps. Make sure you have a 64 bit copy of java and have installed all your mods like optifine via 64 bit Winrar.
