Ok So The First Thing you need to do is open your internet browser Than Ill SHow You The Rest Enjoy!

1. Open Up Your Browser
2. Go to the website Of Your Texure Pack Exp. http://files.enjin.com/188976/Texture_Packs/FaithfulVenom32x_144.zip
3. Click On Download For The Pack and computer im using it downloads and goes straight to my library.
4. Than Move The Folder To Your Minecraft folder Than Minecraft Texurepacks

Know That The Packs Will Not Look Great Without Optifine So Download that as well as the texure pack Hope This Helped

On topic, here's a simpler way.
1. Open your internet browser.
2. Search the name of your desired texture pack.
3. Download it from a trusted site (minecraftforums)
4. Open your MC texturepack folder.
5.Place the texture pack into the folder.
6. Since most texturepacks require it, Download MCPatcher (Free)
7. Close Minecraft
8. Patch Minecraft.
