Help with accidental extra purchase of Donor/Sponsor

Hello,

I accidentally purchased a second Diamond Lifetime Sponsor within hours of purchasing the first one (6/17/15). How do I go about getting the second charge refunded? Also, there was a problem with two of the Diamond features -- I was unable to join full games and could not disguise/mask after purchasing the package. Who can help me resolve these issues, please?
