How do you report someone?

I was just in a game (in us17) and xCALLtheCOPSxX and AlmightyKevbo were using speed hacks. I was on map 2, going up a vine, and they both go super fast up the vine (so fast that they are above me on the vine) and kill me. Can someone tell me how i can report these two, please? Thanks

and follow the template that is provided. If you find someone hacking please make sure to record them. Upload a video for a hacker and or upload a picture of a spammer or a person being abusive. With out evidence we cannot do anything.
