I'll start with how to deal with hackers and rule breakers, because that applies to everyone reading this. A quick few do's and don'ts for dealing with them. In no particular order.
Do-
  • Get evidence (screenshot for language/spam/donor abuse, video for hacking)
  • Submit a report on the forums
  • Avoid discussing it with anyone in public chat and any non-staff outside public chat
  • Inquire what could have been done better or differently if nothing is done about your report
  • Warn the rule breaker in a friendly manner about how they are breaking rules (a simple, "Please don't [blank]," will suffice)
Don't-
  • Accuse the person of anything, anywhere, at any time, of doing anything
  • Tell them you have evidence of them breaking rules
  • Tell them you're going to submit a report
  • Argue with anyone about the rule breaker or how they're breaking rules
  • Complain if nothing is done about your report
Basically, this is to avoid stupid arguments in chat where nobody wins. Simply be quiet about what's going on, get evidence, submit a report, continue to be quiet about it, let staff handle it, still be quiet about it, and carry on with your day. This is the formula for happiness and rainbows. When you tell someone they're going to get banned or you're reporting them, they'll get unhappy, then they might be mean, and then you'll get unhappy, and who knows who else will be unhappy at the end of the day.

Alright, this concerns only premium members, so if you're just a regular user that has other stuff to do, you can go ahead and stop reading now.
So you're a donor or VIP, and you get to be in the super cool premium hub where you can talk to other donors, VIPs, and staff. Hooray. Here are a few guidelines as to what to do and not do.
Do-
  • Have nice discussions, talk to people, and act civil
  • Coordinate teams for games, get others to play with you, and have fun
  • Ask questions when you're curious about things
  • Run around in circles aimlessly
Don't-
  • Break any rules, or partake in the don't from above
  • Spam questions when you're curious about things
  • Ask if you can say something or ask if you can ask a question (just say it, seriously)
  • Bash players, staff, YouTubers, or Morgan Freeman
  • Bother the VIPs. They never did anything to hurt you, so don't hurt them. They're loving people. Bothering them includes, but is not limited to: asking if you can record with them, jumping around them and following them around the hub (following isn't nearly as bad as being in their face constantly), asking if they'll promote your channel, insulting them, complaining about them, or generally doing things you wouldn't want people doing to you.
None of these things are rules. They're just helpful tips to make the world, server, and interwebs a better place. Because we all love better places. They're better than un-better places. Feel free to reply with any questions, comments, or concerns.
