I just got banned for nothing????

i was playing a game of combo and was just messing around with opponent. we where having fun. we then moved on to swords. we started and we where going until my game went and the next thing i new i was banned. what the heck. please help. i love this server and i just started today. i need all the help i can get.

well wrong place to put this just noticed. but yea i can get into the server but i can't play anything.
