Internal Server Error

Whenever I am trying to connect to a few AU servers it logs me in and then comes up on the screen: "Internal Server Error".
Is it possible for someone to fix this? I found out a while back that you used to be able to delete their .dat file and it would be fixed. In my case it would be matt0808.dat.

What version of Minecraft are you on? If 1.2.5, you need to update your Minecraft.

this a bukkit error and they are soon releasing a new update that hopefully will fix this

I get this A LOT, I can't fix it neither, I deleted my FULL .minecraft folder including the .dat etc..
It just won't get to work it..
I think this is how ghosting started.
