Considering AU was just dropped, I don't see CA servers coming back anytime soon.

ca has been gone for well over a year I think
I'll miss ca, much like how au misses au

CA Servers will more than likely not be added back anytime soon.
Also; Like Poconator stated, Especially considering AU was dropped, CA will not be readded right now.
