Looking for a texture pack creator

I'm trying to find a person who can make me a custom texture pack. I have some standards for it that include uhc and sg properties.

*Diamonds will NOT BE RED!!!
*Fire is dark red
*Ores are highlighted and cleaner than default.
*Swords look pixelated but not from a default edit. <serrated on the wrong side>
*Bow is A cross between grey and blue and the arrow drawbacks change color (1 charge: Black, 2 charge: white, 3 charge: Animated Black/White flash)
*Gapple is an animated Nyan cat xD
*Armor looks like its from the Huahwi pack
*Blocks look like they're from Solr's pack,

(Anything) Diamond = Sparkly (i.e. Sparkly Chestplate, Sparkly Pickaxe, Actual diamond is Sparkly Jewel)
*roman numbers from enchants and pots are regular numbers.
*Gapple: Nyan
*Furnace: Microwave
*Crafing Table: Workbench
*Brewing Stand: Pottery Stand
*Sharpness: Pointiness
*Smite: Anti-Skelly
*Bane of Arthorpods: Anti-Spooder
*Knockback: Go Away
*Fire aspect: Magma Dipper
*Punch: Fist
*Power: Death
*Flame: Flamethrower
*Infinity: Ammo+
*Anything Protection: Prot (i.e. Fire Prot, Blast Prot)
*Thorns: Comeback
*Feather Falling: Falling Hax

*Efficiency: Gold Digger
*Silk Touch: Coal Requirement



Anything I didn't mention I guess you can just go crazy with it. (Make sure it looks cool, otherwise I won't accept.) Soooo yeah I can't really pay money to the creator but if there's something I can do just name it.
