[MAC] Need help with ScreenFlow settings!

Note - This is not for advertising my channel, I genuinely need help. ^_^​

So, I've been trying to record Minecraft videos for at least the past two years. I find that every time I do so, the video (Mainly around the hearts GUI) comes out blurry.

My export settings -
H.264 video encoding at 5,000 kbits/sec. AAC audio encoding at 256 kbits/sec.
Framerate: 60fps
Profile: Main
Dimensions: 1280x720

And this is the result -

Note - When you go fullscreen, you then notice the blurry blotches around the heart bars. I want to get rid of this.

Can someone help me? I am using Screenflow for Mac.​

It doesn't actually look bad, how much fps were you getting during this video, were you recording at 60?
