Certainly! By far some of the best PvPers play! I find AU to be the hardest since it is the smallest out of US, EU etc and top players are on most of the time. US is not hard since there are so many people playing that are new or just learning. Then EU I hard is full of teams, hackers etc which would be quite annoying and hard so RIP EU!

By far, yes. They have a community that is full of awesome pvpers. This also includes a lot of teams, plus many people enjoy targeting players off spawn. (most sg "popular" servers do have a grace period as well, MCGamer not included.).
