My stats are glitched?

So I changed my username a couple days ago to "NightFallPvP" and I only realized today but it appears that my stats are bugged. Whenever I /stats myself in a game everything just says 0 and my stats won't even load on the site. This is a problem because if I ever wanted to join a clan or just simply check my stats it won't let me. Please help.

Finally got resolved yesterday after waiting for weeks after contacting support lol. At least they're fixed now though :/
