Planned US outage tonight (10/22)

We have @subv3rsion at the data center and he will be taking part of the US network down at random times throughout the night. The outage should be minimal and check shortly after getting kicked.

I had thought we were going to have to move some stuff around on our switches. Turns out that there was just something misconfigured and nothing had to go down. Everything's good, and won't be going down.
