I was platinium donor in mcsg and i was banned for macro reason but i never play with macros i send punishment but i cant get any anwser/ i love mcsg plz help me..

This link is my evidince but i dont use macro i was die plz help me soo unfair

in this video ı was die and the other man use macro plz unban ı love mcsg so ı paid platinium donor . plz help me
