First, everything looks very small.
Second, all the buildings are scattered and randomized. It doesn't seem like it was planned at all.
Finally, the builds aren't very detailed.

This map, I'm sorry to say, will probably not get accepted. BUT this is definitely a good start and I hope you can take my advice and make a better map with it!
