Punishment ban disputes problem

So, I've made ban disputes since the 22nd of September and now I can't make any. On my screen, I am unable to get to the dedicated part of the forums and create on. Is this a bug or have I made too many ban disputes?

Hey there! When people post too many disputes that have been Upheld, they no longer get access to the dispute section. If you really need to speak to someone on the issue, you will need to email an admin via email.
