Sensitivity and FOV

Hello MCGamer community! I have been playing Minecraft for around 3 years. Throughout my journey in Minecraft I have always used 90 FOV and the default sensitivity. The other day I was playing SG and thought to my self, " I should change my settings a little to give Minecraft a kind of new feel". So I decided to ask you guys what kind of sensitivity and FOV you guys use for PvP. Also, do you guys know of any other settings that can affect your PvP skills? I think I have maxed out FOV and maxed out sens in minecraft
288o DPI and 4/11 windows sens
CSGO sens is 1.97 I think.
I'm a wrist player btw.
